Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Purna Namkeen, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Due to the nature of food items, we maintain a strict policy.
Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Incorrect address provided by customer.
- Delay caused by courier services.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
